Hi I am Tochukwu and I have been a carer for more than 6 years now and this has always been my favourite activity, I enjoy caring for elderly people and most of it all helping the adults develop their talents, I believe they are all human beings you don't ignore them because of one disability or the other, I make sure I build the confidence in them and within little time you will be able to see that many of them have wonderful talents in them, and my hobbies are driving, traveling, reading, music.
I have hands on experience with electric hoist, standing aids and sliding sheets.
I have worked with clients that have had catheters and stoma's fitted, I can change the bags and clean around the area, this has been learned on the job no formal qualifications achieved.
I have been in the caring industry in the UK for 2 years now and I am always willing to learn new skills if required by a client.
Im not that great in the cooking department however I can reheat/cook microwave meals.
I am happy with friendly dogs and cats in the clients home, however I prefer to concentrate on the needs of the clients only. No snakes.
I am available for work hourly Monday to Sunday .
